Wisdom Walks:
Commom Questions
How will we plan my walk?
We’ll choose from a list of local parks or trails with easy parking and restrooms. Sessions are typically 60 minutes from our meeting point.
What about the route?
I offer routes for different comfort and mobility levels—just let me know any needs when booking. You’ll need to be able to walk or move steadily on your own, but there’s no rushing or pushing—we go at your pace.
What about the weather?
Light drizzle means we still go. Heavy rain or poor air quality means we reschedule or switch to a phone session.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and dress in layers. If you choose the optional written recap, we’ll take a few minutes toward the end of our walk to draft it together.
What if I’m not “outdoorsy”?
No problem—these are gentle, conversational walks on safe, familiar paths.
Will we be out of breath?
No, we keep a conversational pace and adjust as needed.
Is it private?
Yes, we choose routes with space and use brief pauses for anything sensitive.
Can I do this during the workday?
Absolutely—many clients replace a meeting with a Wisdom Walk and return clearer and calmer.
