The wisdom you’re seeking is already within – you just need space to hear it.
Meet Courtney
This Work Is Personal
I’m Courtney, a certified life coach. My work is rooted in a simple belief: when we pause long enough to listen inward, we uncover a deeper truth about who we are and what we want.
I create the kind of space where people feel safe to be fully honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what they truly want, so we can get to the heart of things quickly.

Clients often tell me they share more than they expected. I listen without judgment, ask questions that cut through the noise, and help connect the dots in fresh ways. Together, we turn insight into clear decisions, practical strategies, and steady, intentional steps.

I won’t hand you a prewritten plan or push someone else’s definition of success. This is about uncovering what’s true for you – and moving toward it with clarity, confidence, and courage.

A Heart for Service
I’ve moved through many seasons in my life: building a corporate career, stepping away to raise three children, and saying yes to service along the way. I’ve long been energized by showing up where I am needed and helping others do the same.

Over the years, I've become a strategist, builder, and leader who turns ideas into impact. I’ve led fundraisers that shattered goals, chaired large-scale events, and guided teams from concept to flawless execution. My work has expanded mental-health education, delivered resources for families in crisis and designed enrichment programs for youth that continue to thrive. Alongside these strategic projects, I’ve rolled up my sleeves in classrooms, food banks, and shelters, because I believe real leadership blends vision with action. From the boardroom to the schoolyard to the heart of my church community, I stay rooted in service because it’s core to who I am and how I show up, wherever I am called.
Lessons from the Quiet
The work I’ve done has shaped me as much as I’ve shaped it. It’s taught me to listen deeply, collaborate across difference, and walk with people through challenge and change. It’s also shown me that real growth isn’t only sparked by action; it often takes root in stillness.

Outdoors – on a trail, by the water, or under open sky – is where I get most honest and clear. Nature is my anchor, and I bring that grounded, steady presence to every session. (If it calls to you, we can even take our conversation outside.)
How I Work with Clients
Most of us carry an inner committee – parents, bosses, culture – telling us what we should do. Your true voice is usually the quietest one. It may feel unsure, even scared, but it’s the one that belongs to your soul.

As your coach, I help you reconnect with that voice. We gently examine the beliefs you’ve inherited and the expectations you’ve absorbed – and whether they still serve you. Many people know what they don’t want; I help you name what you do want and align your actions with it.

Curious what this could look like for you?
What Grounds Me
Coaching is a big part of my life, but it’s not the only place I find meaning and momentum. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband, Steve. Joy for me lives in both the quiet and the active: gardening, puzzling, cooking, hiking, tennis, entertaining, time with friends, and family, (especially my 3 adult children) and conversations that don’t shy away from the real stuff. These are more than hobbies; they’re reminders that presence, play, and purpose can belong together.
